MASS PRIVACY NOTICE THAT COMPLIES WITH THE AUTHORIZATION OF PERSONAL DATA HOLDERS IN OUR DATABASES

Hotel Arawak Upar is hereby informed that:

In any case, at any time the owner of the information may revoke his/her

consent and exercise your right to the deletion of personal data enshrined in Law 1581 of 2012. In this sense, Hotel Arawak Upar requires obtaining authorization from the owners so that in an express, voluntary, prior and duly informed manner, it allows the use, collection, storage, deletion and exchange, updating and disposition, among others, of the data provided and that have been duly processed in the corresponding databases and that allow the purposes strictly agreed between the parties to be carried out.
